The Wellness Center helps Piedmont 6th-12th graders and their families meet the challenges of adolescence, with the goal of fostering resilience and self-advocacy in all students. The Center offers free, confidential, on-campus counseling and refers students and families to vital community resources. The Wellness Center provides a safe, non-judgmental environment where students are encouraged to take responsibility for their physical, emotional, mental and social well-being.
***Please note: Donations through Infinite Campus and the Piedmont Store go directly to the Wellness Center. They do not apply to Week of Wellness activities. **
The Wellness Center is funded in part by the Piedmont Unified School District, along with direct community donations, the fall fundraiser and PEF. In honor of the Wellness Center’s 15th anniversary, we are partnering with local fitness facilities and parents in our community to create a special week of health and wellness activities. We hope you and your family will take the time to breathe, stretch, move, dance, and enjoy the outdoors! All proceeds help to fund Piedmont’s Wellness Center, which serves Piedmont High School, Millennium High School, and Piedmont Middle School students.
