REFUNDS
If you have made a donation in error, or changed your mind about making a donation to support Piedmont schools, please contact us within 15 days of payment to request a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Tickets or admission to parent or student parties, socials, mixers, dances, events, gatherings and/or Education Speaker Series programs are final and will only be refunded, at the request of the purchaser, if the date(s) or location(s) are changed from the event date at time of purchase.
RETURNS
If you have ordered an item of clothing and need a different size, please contact the fulfillment organization directly within 15 days of receipt of your item. The fulfillment organization should be listed on the product description and may be PHS, MHS or PMS ASB or Parents Club, or Boosters or another support group. We are unable to process refunds for these items as they are pre-ordered based on demand.
It may take some time to receive your refund. Please check with your credit card company and your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@piedmontedfoundation.org.
