Piedmont Anti-Racism and Diversity Committee - PADC

For more than 20 years, PADC has worked hard to build an inclusive and equitable Piedmont community for all — and we hope you can help!

Your generous donation supports our programs, such as awarding grants to elementary, middle, and high school programs that advance equity, diversity, and inclusion. PADC also organizes and supports educational opportunities that nurture a deeper understanding of our shared humanity, such as the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. celebration.

Past donations have been used to fund an array of school initiatives, including:

• Black Student Union
• PHS/MHS Wellness Center
• Piedmont Affinity Mentorship Program
• Black History Month Storytelling Program
• Lunar New Year Celebrations 
• Library Collection: increase the availability of books about social justice and gender identity
• "We are Piedmont," a PHS AP Art & Photography Project
• PHS Diversity Mural
