Piedmont Makers

Piedmont Makers is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to supporting and inspiring K-12 S.T.E.A.M. education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts/Design, and Math) in Piedmont Unified School District.

Since 2014, Piedmont Makers have been working toward the following goals:

  1. Support/inspire K-12 S.T.E.A.M. education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts/Design, and Math) in Piedmont & beyond
  2. Expand S.T.E.A.M. participation and “Maker” attitude, especially for younger ages and underrepresented groups
  3. Integrate with scope and sequence of Piedmont Unified School District K-12 curriculum
  4. Foster community by organizing robotics teams, running a Piedmont School Maker Faire, and holding regular Maker events

Your contribution will help to directly fund S.T.E.A.M grants, and events including the Piedmont School Maker Faire and community Makerspaces. Visit PiedmontMakers.org for more information.
